GreenStone Farm Credit Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers, and help strengthen the organization's approach to attracting and hiring talent. The role emphasizes building pipelines, coaching on interviewing, and coordinating campus and internship initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of HR experience, with 5+ years in talent acquisition preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 3+ years in HR with talent acquisition/recruiting responsibilities.
• 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading full-cycle recruiting and partnering with hiring managers.
• Experience developing sourcing strategies and building candidate pipelines for a variety of positions.
• Experience coordinating recruiting programs across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of structured interviewing, candidate assessment, and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting, including intake meetings, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, background checks, offers, and onboarding handoffs.
• Partner with hiring managers and HRBP to understand needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Build talent pipelines via networking, colleges, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Advise hiring managers on interviewing, evaluation, and candidate experience.
• Lead internship, campus recruiting, and career fairs.
• Build relationships with candidates, managers, institutions, vendors, and partners.
