Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally supporting multiple positions or high-volume hiring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you know how to keep people informed and make the hiring process welcoming and organized.
• Comfortable with technology and learning new systems, with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle for program vacancies throughout California.
• Partner with hiring managers to attract, identify, and hire talent.
