Job summary

LIFE Senior Services, Inc. is seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Coordinator to lead our recruiting efforts and help attract exceptional talent that will impact the lives of older adults we serve.

You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience with our HR team. This role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• One to three years of recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office.
• Healthcare or nonprofit recruiting experience is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License and Proof of Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment for a variety of positions across the organization
• Create and post engaging job advertisements
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and community partnerships
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Extend employment offers and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Attend career fairs and community recruiting events
• Build relationships with colleges, workforce organizations, and community partners
• Maintain recruitment metrics and applicant tracking records
• Partner closely with the HR Coordinator and HR Manager to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for every new employee
• Help strengthen our employer brand and attract exceptional talent
