Job summary

Staffing Resources, Inc. is seeking a Skilled Trades Recruiter in Columbus, OH to manage full-cycle recruitment for electricians, plumbers, HVAC techs, welders, and other skilled labor roles.

You will source candidates through job boards, referrals, trade schools, events, and community outreach, conducting screenings and interviews to build a strong talent pipeline. You will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth onboarding

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or call center experience.
• Experience recruiting skilled trades, construction, manufacturing, industrial, or blue-collar positions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for skilled trades positions.
• Source qualified candidates through multiple channels (job boards, referrals, events).
• Conduct phone screen and interviews to assess skills, history and fit.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
• Coordinate interviews, reference checks, and pre-employment requirements.
