Boden in the United States is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Pittston, PA. This full-time clerical role focuses on full-cycle recruitment across retail, distribution and customer service with a strong emphasis on culture fit and speed.

You will partner with hiring managers and the People Team to create compelling job descriptions, source top talent, manage the candidate experience, and help build a scalable recruitment pipeline across multiple states.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Retail recruitment experience strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically including overnight trips.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) and a range of recruitment methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for US-based roles across retail, distribution, and customer service.
• Source via direct outreach, market mapping, networking, and employee referrals.
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone/video screens; coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Extend approved offers and manage onboarding to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Benchmark pay rates and salary ranges; ensure alignment with industry standards and internal budgets.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and ATS records; partner with People Team and hiring managers.
