Fives Intralogistics is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support full-cycle recruiting, including administrative tasks, sourcing, and candidate experience. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR to ensure a smooth process from requisition to onboarding.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or BA/BS in HR, business, or communications preferred.
• 1–3 years of recruiting coordination, HR, talent acquisition, or admin support experience.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain applications and resumes.
• Conduct first-level debrief conversations after hiring manager phone screens.
• Schedule interview stages and debrief meetings.
• Send assessment tools to candidates and distribute results to interview teams.
• Coordinate interviews with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional interview teams.
• Record and document interview feedback and discussion points during panel debrief sessions.
• Coordinate candidate travel arrangements for onsite interviews when required.
