Job summary

Atoms is moving from theory to real-world impact by hiring the transport operations team that keeps our physical systems moving. As a Recruiter, you will own end-to-end recruitment for transport operations, partnering with operations leadership to define roles, calibrate candidate profiles, and drive sourcing at scale.

You'll collaborate with hiring managers, leverage data to optimize time-to-fill, and design interview processes that predict on-the-job success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven track record closing roles in transport operations, fleet management, or last-mile delivery.
• Strong sourcing instincts to find candidates beyond inbound applications.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with multiple stakeholders.
• Data-driven approach to track trends and improve outcomes.
• Very organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for transport operations roles from intake through close.
• Partner with hiring managers and ops leads to define requirements and strategy.
• Drive proactive sourcing via Indeed, Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and networks.
• Screen for operational capability and cultural fit with structured feedback.
• Design and iterate interview processes to be predictive of performance.
• Negotiate offers with People and Finance on comp benchmarks and approvals.
• Track pipeline health and funnel metrics to drive improvements.
