This role owns full-cycle recruiting for tech roles across the US, running intake sessions, and building sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles. You’ll manage pipelines, updates, and closing conversations, keeping momentum even as priorities shift.

The position is based in our Los Angeles office, with onsite work five days a week. You’ll join a team of roboticists and engineers tackling hard problems with real-world impact.

• Build and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles — infra, ML, platform, senior IC.
• Manage candidate pipelines, stakeholder updates, and closing conversations.
• Keep things moving even when priorities shift.
