Johnson Brothers Liquor Company in Saint Paul, Minnesota is seeking an HR Business Partner to support the Commercial organization and corporate functions. You will provide strategic insight and hands-on HR leadership across the full lifecycle, driving performance, engagement, and leadership development.

Collaborate with senior leaders to design scalable people strategies, manage employee relations, and implement talent management and change initiatives in a hybrid on-site role (3 days/week).

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years as an HR Business Partner or strategic HR leader supporting corporate functions.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational change.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic HR support to the Commercial organization and corporate functions.
• Monitor employee pulse, engagement, and workplace culture; identify performance issues and implement performance management processes.
• Partner with senior leadership to strengthen organizational effectiveness, build leadership capability, and design scalable people strategies.
