Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or related HR.
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades or high-volume environments.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to source passive and active candidates via multiple channels.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting software and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional company representation.
• Strong organizational skills; can manage multiple openings.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
• Motivated, goal-oriented with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for service, installation, sales and admin roles.
• Act as brand ambassador; ensure positive candidate experience.
• Build talent pipelines and support workforce planning.
