You will build and nurture talent pipelines, support workforce planning, and ensure a positive candidate experience while representing the company professionally.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in recruiting, understands skilled trades, and is well-versed in ATS software, MS Office, and compliant hiring practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or related HR experience.
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades, home services, construction, sales, customer service, or other high-volume environments preferred.
• Ability to pass drug testing.
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to source passive and active candidates using a variety of recruiting channels.
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting software, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to professionally represent the company.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and recruiting best practices.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for service, installation, sales, and administrative positions.
• Source and build strong talent pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support workforce planning initiatives and partner with hiring managers.
• Serve as a brand ambassador to attract top talent for WireNut Home Services.
