Job summary

Mindlance is seeking a skilled recruiter to own the full-cycle process from intake through offer, collaborating with hiring managers to align staffing priorities in our Wisconsin operations.

You will source candidates through job boards, referrals, events, and community outreach, screen for fit, and maintain accurate ATS data, all while delivering a positive candidate experience across the hiring process.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in Operations and Supply Chain.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting, from intake through offer.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, hiring events, and community outreach
• Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, availability, and fit
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and support interview and selection decisions
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system
• Deliver a positive, respectful candidate experience throughout the hiring process
