Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking an Associate Recruiter to execute regional recruiting plans and manage the full candidate lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to interviews and offers. This onsite role in Mechanicsburg, PA supports Skilled Trades and Sales & Support, driving KPIs set by the Regional Operations Recruiting Manager and the Director of Talent.

You will partner with hiring managers, maintain strong candidate experiences, and contribute to a culture of growth and results in talent

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree; commensurate customer service and/or recruiting experience will be considered in lieu of the degree.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Track record of success in a metrics-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Execute regional recruiting tasks for Skilled Trades and Sales & Support within Regional Recruiting.
Manage the entire candidate lifecycle.
Review resumes to identify potential candidates.
Conduct phone screens to confirm role fit.
Send assessments to candidates using The Predictive Index System.
Schedule qualified applicants for interviews with hiring managers.
Extend verbal and written offers to selected candidates.
Maintain accountability to recruiting KPIs.
