Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, business, psychology or related field.
• 3–5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience preferred, ideally in manufacturing electronics/semiconductor or shared services.
• Strong interviewing and sourcing skills using major job platforms and LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication and coordination with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to manage multiple openings with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment Delivery for assigned roles (entry to mid-level).
• Post jobs, manage applications, and maintain ATS data accuracy.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and prepare shortlist recommendations.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback with hiring managers.
