Job summary

LeoForce in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Full-Cycle Recruiter to own the recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding. You will partner with hiring managers across the organization to identify top talent and ensure a seamless, engaging candidate experience.

The role requires a proactive, creative professional comfortable operating with a high level of autonomy in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. You will help build and refine recruiting processes and contribute ideas to improve hiring

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to build pipelines proactively.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self-starter who can operate independently and take initiative.
• Creative thinker who can bring new ideas to improve recruiting and onboarding processes.
• Comfortable working in a growing company where structure is still evolving.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and markets.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
• Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, etc.).
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely communication throughout the process.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Deliver a high-touch, positive candidate experience from first interaction through offer stage.
• Own the onboarding process from start to finish, ensuring new hires feel supported and set up for success.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting and onboarding processes and bring forward new ideas.
• Track and manage recruiting activity within our ATS (Paycor).
