Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for front office roles across NAM and LATAM; act as primary talent advisor to hiring managers.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from briefing through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing plans.
• Source and screen candidates via social media and networks to build talent pipelines.
• Advise on talent acquisition strategy and candidate selection decisions.
• Negotiate offers and manage the offer process with clear rationale on compensation.
• Provide timely updates to hiring managers and candidates throughout searches.
• Monitor recruitment activity to ensure compliance with firm policies.
