You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create compelling job postings, while proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and universities. The role requires 5+ years in HR, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with C-suite leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in human resources or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to building a long-term professional career.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Microsoft Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to work closely and communicate with C-suite or Principal level leadership.

Responsibilities

• Play an active role in helping LPA identify, attract and hire talented people across our disciplines and studios.
• Partner with hiring managers and firm leaders to understand staffing needs, position requirements and the profile of successful candidates.
• Support the full recruiting lifecycle, from developing job postings and sourcing candidates through interviews, offers and pre-employment activities.
• Proactively source and engage prospective candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, universities and other recruiting channels.
• Review applications and conduct initial candidate screenings to assess experience, interests and alignment with position requirements.
• Coordinate interviews while creating a thoughtful, responsive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs across LPA's disciplines and studios.
• Develop relationships with promising candidates even when there is not an immediate opening, helping LPA build a long‑term talent network
• Partner with hiring teams to prepare offers, conduct reference checks and support candidates through the decision and acceptance process.
• Help communicate LPA's culture, integrated design practice and employee experience to prospective candidates.
• Track recruiting activity and outcomes to help the People team understand which sources and strategies are producing strong candidates.
• Look for opportunities to continually improve LPA's recruiting process, candidate experience and ability to compete for exceptional talent.
