You will partner with hiring managers to post roles, source candidates, screen applicants and coordinate interviews while building a long-term talent network and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in human resources or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to building a long-term professional career.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Microsoft Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to work closely and communicate with C-suite or Principal level leadership.

Responsabilités

• Identify, attract and hire talent across disciplines and studios.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and candidate profiles.
• Support full recruiting lifecycle from postings to offers and pre-employment activities.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, networks, universities and other channels.
• Screen applications and conduct initial candidate screenings.
• Coordinate interviews and provide a thoughtful candidate experience.
• Build pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Develop relationships with candidates for long-term talent networks.
• Communicate LPA's culture and employee experience to candidates.
• Track recruiting activity and optimize sourcing strategies.
• Improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.
