Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Recruit for high-volume and varied positions (Lawn Care Technicians and Door Knockers).
• Execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for active branches.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, offers, and onboarding processes.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
