Job summary

FiberTel is looking for a Recruiter for our Springville, UT location. The Recruiter will report to the lead recruiter and will partner with hiring managers and the HR team to support full-cycle recruiting activities, including candidate reviewing, conducting phone screening and submittals of applicants to hiring managers. This position is a member of our recruiting/HR team and will report to the Recruiting Manager.

Pay: $20-23/hr, DOE

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in recruiting, sales or other relevant field.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to create clean and organized work.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting efforts for hourly, field, and professional positions.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Track candidates through the recruiting and onboarding process to ensure a positive experience.
