Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc. (JMT) is seeking a Recruiter to drive full-cycle hiring across its nationwide offices. This role is based in Round Rock, TX and onsite.

You will partner with hiring managers, own end-to-end recruiting for a broad range of roles, source via LinkedIn and networks, manage pipelines, coordinate interviews, and maintain ATS records while ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to align on talent needs.
• Own end-to-end recruiting for a broad range of roles.
• Source and engage talent via LinkedIn, networks, referrals, job boards, colleges, and industry events.
• Manage candidate pipelines and proactive talent networks.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and teams.
• Maintain ATS records and ensure compliance with employment laws.
