You will lead offer negotiations, coordinate with university career centers, and contribute to JPL's employer brand through events and social media, helping build teams that explore the universe.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of full lifecycle recruiting in engineering or technology.
• Master's degree with 4+ years of related work experience.
• Experience recruiting in engineering and computer science disciplines.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide consultation with clients and manage employer brand strategies.
• Manage full lifecycle recruiting for internship, entry-level, and experienced roles across lab.
• Lead debrief meetings to ensure a strong candidate experience and high hiring bar.
• Develop relationships with key university stakeholders and vendors.
• Travel to events and interview days while representing JPL professionally.
• Contribute to JPL employer branding through social media and events.
• Advocate for diverse candidates and maintain data-driven decisions in ATS.
