Qualifications

• Typing 35–50 words per minute.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Strong active listening and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with consumers, families, and community agencies.
• Experience maintaining accurate consumer records and case management notes.
• Clear verbal communication skills and professional written correspondence.

Responsibilities

This role is key in welcoming clients, coordinating intake and referral services, supporting recruitment efforts, and delivering digital training and assessments. The ideal candidate brings strong customer service skills, community resource knowledge, and the ability to manage accurate documentation while supporting Goodwill's mission of creating opportunities and strengthening the community.
