Job summary

SRV Temperature Solutions is seeking an HR Generalist focused on recruiting to own hiring for technician and office roles, from posting to first day, in our Salt Lake City office. This role suits someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable talking with candidates all day.

You will lead full-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers, and support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, benefits, and compliance as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR, recruiting, or related role.
• Experience evaluating candidates across multiple departments.
• Experience hiring for skilled trades or HVAC/R is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for field and office roles, from posting to offer.
• Partner with managers to build sourcing plans by location.
• Schedule interviews, collect feedback, and move candidates quickly.
• Run background checks, drug screens, and MVR checks.
• Manage onboarding and benefits enrollment for new hires.
• Maintain ATS and hiring records, report status by location.
• Support HR operations including benefits administration and employee relations.
• Help develop employee engagement and performance review programs.
