Profound is the fastest-growing AI marketing platform, seeking a GTM Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring across non-technical roles and to help build a world-class sales team in NYC or SF. The role emphasizes speed, strategic sourcing, and collaboration with founders and hiring managers.

This on-site position offers a base salary range from $160,000 to $215,000, with equity and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Own and run full-cycle recruiting for GTM and G&A roles, including sales, marketing, customer success, operations, and finance.
• Build scalable sourcing engines across outbound, referrals, and talent communities to keep the top of funnel humming.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to define scorecards, interview loops, and tight SLAs.
• Craft crisp outreach and a high-touch candidate experience that reflects our mission and pace.
• Instrument the funnel through ATS hygiene, dashboards, and channel ROI, iterating quickly on what works.

What you’ll do

Location

This is an on-site role based in our NYC or SF office, designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and meaningful impact.

For this role, the expected base salary range is $160,000 to $215,000 (NYC and SF). Profound’s total compensation package is designed to be competitive and includes base salary, equity, and a full range of benefits and perks. Final compensation will depend on factors such as your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will be determined during the interview process.
