Job summary

Opti Staffing Group is seeking a dynamic, high-energy Recruiter with a full-cycle focus to build relationships, recruit talent, and close placements in a fast-paced environment. You will manage client accounts, interview candidates, and negotiate offers while driving business growth.

Based in Alaska with six Pacific Northwest offices, this role emphasizes proactive outreach, leadership access, and performance-based rewards including uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients and candidates.

This is a full-cycle recruiting and sales position where you’ll be building business, recruiting talent, closing deals, solving problems, and making money while doing it.

At Opti, you’ll own the process from start to finish:

• Bringing in new clients
• Building relationships
• Recruiting candidates
• Interviewing talent
• Negotiating offers
• Managing accounts
• Closing placements

You’ll talk to executives, job seekers, business owners, hiring managers, and everyone in between. One minute you’re helping a company solve a hiring crisis, the next you’re changing someone’s life with a new career opportunity.
