The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and have at least five years of relevant experience. The role requires flexible working hours and travel to all CHC locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
• 2+ years of provider recruitment experience.
• HR Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute full-cycle recruitment activities.
• Lead provider recruitment efforts for all specialties.
• Review resumes and conduct applicant prescreens.
• Coordinate new hire paperwork and ensure compliance.
