Job summary

Perdue Foods is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support plant staffing by managing full life cycle recruitment for general labor and hourly associate roles. You will partner with operations and HR to attract, engage, and hire talent that keeps our production lines running.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 1+ year recruiting experience, and strong interpersonal skills. You’ll maintain ATS pipelines, promote the Perdue employer brand, and travel as needed to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, Communications or related field or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1 year of proven work experience as a Sourcer, Recruiter (or similar role).
• Experience with HR databases and ATS/CMS.
• Knowledge of laws surrounding the interview process and AAP/EEO requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer service experience with internal and external customers.
• Ability to travel for company business or training.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle recruitment for general labor and hourly plant positions.
• Develop and improve the recruiting process; measure hiring metrics (e.g., applicants vs hires).
• Build relationships with plant management to facilitate interviewing and hiring of qualified applicants.
• Promote Perdue’s employer brand internally and externally.
• Maintain ATS and candidate pipelines; ensure positive candidate experience.
• Support Talent Acquisition and HR in hiring initiatives as needed.
