Job summary

Perdue Foods is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support plant staffing by managing full life cycle recruiting for hourly general labor positions. You will partner with operations and HR to attract, engage, and hire talent that supports business success.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of recruiting experience, knowledge of HR databases or ATS, and strong interpersonal communication skills. Travel to company sites may be required, and Perdue values teamwork and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, Communications or related field or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Sourcer or Recruiter.
• Experience with HR databases/ATS and candidate management.
• Knowledge of interview laws and EEO/AAP requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel for company business as needed.

Responsibilities

• Full life cycle recruitment of general labor, hourly positions for the plant.
• Maintains ATS and candidate pipelines by advancing candidates through each step.
• Establish an effective working relationship with plant management for interviewing and hiring.
• Create new methods to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.
• Promote Perdue’s employer brand internally and externally.
