Starboard is seeking a pure-hunter mid-market account executive to own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to close—for freight forwarders in North America. You will build a self-generated pipeline, run discovery and product demos, negotiate terms, and hand closed deals to our implementation team.

Expect weekly outbound activity and a target of USD 1M ARR with a ramp in the first quarter. Roles are based in our New York area markets with on-site collaboration and regional travel as needed.

Competenze

• Pure hunter with proven track record of closing new-business deals.
• Ability to prospect at volume, 75-100 dials per day plus emails/LinkedIn outreach.
• Fast learner capable of picking up a new product and industry quickly.
• Willingness to iterate and experiment to standardize sales processes.
• Bonus: experience selling to freight forwarders or logistics operators.

Mansioni

• Own the full mid-market sales cycle end-to-end: build your pipeline, conduct discovery and demos, negotiate and close deals.
• Hand a clean, contracted deal to the implementation team.
• Meet annual quota of USD 1M ARR with ramp in first quarter, including upsells in year one.
• Maintain ongoing activity: outbound dials, emails, LinkedIn touches, and in-person meetings.
