Job summary

Cox-Little, a RiseIT subsidiary, is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support our Charlotte, NC office. You will source a broad range of IT roles, including programmers, developers, consultants, engineers, QA, BA, and PMs across the country.

You’ll manage multiple roles nationwide and drive full life-cycle recruiting with a proactive, can-do attitude. Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of IT recruiting experience, with strong IT terminology knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience recruiting IT professionals.
• Strong understanding of IT terminology and processes.
• Knowledge of SAP, JDE, Oracle EBS and major WMS packages is desired.

Responsibilities

• Full life-cycle recruiting for multiple concurrent searches across the U.S.
• Manage candidates through a multi-stage evaluation process and maintain documentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with contract employees and clients.
