Job summary

AOI Corporation is seeking a People Support Specialist to join the People Growth & Development team in Omaha. You will recruit, onboard, manage benefits, and support HRIS documentation while building strong relationships across the organization.

The role emphasizes full-cycle recruiting, onboarding excellence, and development initiatives to enhance the employee experience and culture within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience including talent acquisition and onboarding.
• Experience coordinating full-cycle recruiting and partnerships with leaders.
• Knowledge of employee benefits administration and HR best practices.
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment laws; construction industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to identify staffing needs and attract top talent.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from postings to offers and pre-employment activities.
• Build talent pipelines through networking, career fairs, industry associations, and partnerships.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation and HRIS documentation for new hires.
• Maintain employee records and assist with benefits questions and employee education.
• Support learning and development initiatives and culture projects across the organization.
