We are passionately committed to providing exceptional, local care to our friends, families, neighbors, and communities at large.*Mission*: To work together to serve the needs of our patients and community.*Vision*: A community where all can achieve optimal health.*Values*: Kindness, Collaboration, Patient & Family-Centered, Safety, Excellence, Efficiency, and Professionalism.**What You’ll Do:*** Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition approval through candidate selection, offer, and onboarding coordination.* Partner with hiring managers to develop accurate job descriptions, establish recruitment strategies, and identify qualified candidates.* Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, social media, employee referrals, community outreach, career fairs, schools, and other appropriate recruitment channels.* Review applications and resumes, conduct initial screening interviews, and assess candidates against established qualifications and position requirements.* Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.* Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates throughout the recruitment process, maintaining a positive candidate experience.* Conduct reference checks, background checks, employment verification, and other pre-employment screening activities in accordance with Hospital policies and applicable regulations.* Prepare and extend employment offers and coordinate required pre-employment documentation.* Maintain accurate and timely recruitment records within the applicant tracking system and Human Resources information systems.* Monitor open positions and recruitment activity and provide regular status updates to hiring managers and Human Resources leadership.* Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, professional organizations, community agencies, and other potential sources of qualified candidates.* Participate in career fairs, networking events, community recruitment activities, and other employer-branding initiatives.* Assist with recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill, specialized, and clinical positions.* Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and equal employment opportunity throughout the recruitment and selection process.* Maintain confidentiality of candidate, employee, and organizational information.* Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable federal and state employment laws, regulations, and Hospital policies.* Assist with special Human Resources projects and initiatives as assigned.* Perform other duties consistent with the scope and responsibilities of the position.## Qualifications**What We’re Looking For:**Required:* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field;
