Job summary

The Overlook in Charlton, MA seeks a Healthcare Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical and non-clinical roles. You will collaborate with the Senior Director of People & Culture, attract candidates, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and maintain records in our ATS.

This role requires 2-4 years of recruitment experience, healthcare exposure preferred, and travel to recruitment events in Massachusetts. You will train hiring managers and build pipelines to meet staffing goals.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred.
• 2-4 years recruitment experience.
• Full cycle recruitment experience required.
• Healthcare/Long-Term Care experience preferred.
• Travel to recruiting events in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Screen candidates and update progress in the database.
• Move qualified candidates to Hiring Manager stage.
• Set up interviews and track movements to staff positions.
• Partner with managers to develop recruitment strategies.
• Educate managers on interviewing processes and assessments.
• Build regional and national candidate pipelines.
