Job summary

The Overlook – Charlton Campus is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to support the People & Culture team. You will manage full-cycle recruiting, from screening resumes to scheduling interviews, ensuring timely hiring manager decisions, and maintaining accurate ATS records.

You will build candidate pipelines, network with local schools and community partners, and guide managers on interviewing techniques while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of healthcare recruitment experience preferred.
• Full-cycle recruitment experience required.
• Ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Screen candidates and update progress in ATS.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to fill positions promptly.
• Educate hiring managers on interviewing best practices.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines regionally and nationally.
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and regulations.
• Attend local job fairs and campus outreach events.
• Coordinate and plan onboarding activities for new hires.
