Valley Perinatal Services is seeking a Full Cycle Healthcare Recruiter to manage the complete hiring process across affiliated practices. You will attract, screen, interview, and secure qualified clinicians and administrative staff while partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing goals.

The role requires coordinating pre-employment steps, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from requisition through onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience with full-cycle recruiting in healthcare settings.
• Ability to source and screen candidates across multiple roles.
• Proven interviewing and selection track record for clinical and non-clinical roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on requirements and timelines.
• Recruit for clinical and non-clinical roles including physicians and nursing staff.
• Develop sourcing strategies using networks, job boards and referrals.
• Post openings on ADP Workforce Now, Indeed, LinkedIn and ZipRecruiter.
• Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and provide timely follow-up.
• Prepare and extend offers following approval processes.
• Coordinate background checks, verifications, and onboarding steps.
• Maintain accurate records and provide recruitment updates to leadership.
• Build pipelines with healthcare programs and professional organizations.
