T5 Data Centers, based at our Atlanta HQ, is seeking an energetic Recruiter to drive construction and data center talent acquisition as we expand across the U.S. You will manage full-cycle recruiting, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth, candidate-focused process in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in high-volume recruiting, strong sourcing skills, and proven ability to juggle multiple requisitions while maintaining stakeholder relationships and data

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, high-volume environments preferred.
• Proven ability to execute sourcing strategies to attract talent.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Exceptional organizational and scheduling skills with reliable follow-through.
• Meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy across systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ATS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for a diverse portfolio of roles from posting to interview coordination.
• Execute advanced sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber talent.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers and HR to ensure candidates progress smoothly through stages.
• Manage interview processes and optimize workflows to improve speed and quality of hire.
• Maintain strong candidate experience and uphold employer brand standards.
• Navigate ATS platforms to drive data accuracy and efficiency.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and refine hiring strategies based on insights.
