Express Employment Professionals of Mount Vernon is seeking a meticulous Full Charge Bookkeeper to handle the complete bookkeeping cycle for a professional services client in Anacortes. You will work directly with the client to maintain accurate financial records and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of full charge bookkeeping, strong QuickBooks Online and Desktop skills, and a detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of Full Charge Bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping functions.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger.
• Process payroll and related reporting.
• Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Record journal entries and adjustments.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing.
