Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies is seeking a full cycle Accounts Payable professional to ensure resale invoices are processed timely and matched to purchase orders across US locations. You will resolve disputes, maintain vendor master data, and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements include a HS diploma, strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel/Word, and experience in AP (SAP preferred). teamwork and professional conduct are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated analytical skills with ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process invoice exceptions including related transactions for resale purchases for all US locations and select subsidiaries
• Facilitate timely reconciliation of vendor statements by resolving billing, payment and debit/credit issues
• Develop vendor and location relationships relating to statement reconciliation and payment cycles
• Maintain the vendor master data file
• Compile documentation in accordance with company policy and GAAP
• Ensure compliance with internal controls
• Monitor and resolve GRIR open balances
• Assist with monitoring shared phone lines and email boxes
• Participate in special projects
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements
