Job summary

mpathic is seeking a highly organized Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across our growing organization. You’ll partner with our People team and hiring managers to move searches from kickoff through offer, while delivering a thoughtful candidate experience.

This hands-on role requires managing inbound applicants, proactively sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate recruiting data. You’ll thrive in ambiguity and help scale our team with clear processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in startup/tech environments.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruiting for multiple functions.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interview coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential hiring information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer, across var roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines.
• Screen candidates and manage pipelines to move strong incumbents quickly.
• Coordinate interview processes and gather timely feedback.
• Maintain ATS hygiene and recruiting data accuracy.
• Support offers, compensation alignment, and candidate closing.
• Develop repeatable recruiting processes and reporting as the company scales.
• Adapt to changing priorities and high-volume hiring when needed.
