MyPath is seeking a Recruiter to manage full life cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding. You will partner with teams to fill roles with urgency while delivering exceptional customer service.

As part of a diverse, employee-owned organization, you will build talent pipelines, conduct interviews, coordinate background checks, and maintain accurate ATS data. This role emphasizes collaboration, integrity, and timely staffing.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recruitment experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and ATS.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license with a reliable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies to fill positions with urgency.
• Screen applicants and determine next steps based on requirements.
• Interview candidates and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Facilitate background checks and employment verifications.
• Assist with new employee orientation.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and manage candidate pipeline.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated on recruiting trends and best practices.
