Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in CPG food manufacturing or a multi-entity environment.
• Ability to own full-cycle accounting independently with minimal oversight.
• Experience with inventory/WIP accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills; liaison to external providers.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English).
• Highly organized, self-directed, with ability to manage multiple entities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle GL accounting (AP/AR, invoicing, journal entries, reconciliations) across three entities.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes; produce financial statements and management reporting.
• Prepare balance sheet, bank, credit card, and intercompany reconciliations; resolve discrepancies.
