Job summary

Pacific Standard Advisory is hiring an in-person Sales Associate in Encino. You will take leads from first contact through signing clients, earning a base salary plus commissions with no cap. You’ll work warm relationships and referrals, not cold calls, and manage records in our CRM.

Qualifications

• Two+ years closing sales with business owners.
• Proven ability to hit targets.
• Comfort discussing money with owners of mid-market firms ($500k–$10M/yr).
• Must work in our Encino office.
• Occasional evenings and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Call every new lead within 60 seconds and follow up until answered.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and referral partners.
• Lead initial discovery calls (~20 minutes) to assess fit without requesting documents.
• Close deals by guiding clients through pricing and onboarding.
• Log all activity and hand off signed clients to CPA team.
