Job summary

Solbasium in San Diego, CA is hiring a Full-Cycle Account Executive (Outbound) to own the outbound pursuit from start to finish. You will build prospecting lists, dial dozens of calls daily, schedule qualified meetings, and conduct discovery calls to advance opportunities.

We're hiring a Full-Cycle Account Executive (Outbound)

Love building your own pipeline and getting paid directly for what you close? This is a true hunter role, you source it, you close it, you own it.

What you'll do:

• Build outbound lists and dial 100–200 calls/day
• Book your own qualified meetings and run discovery calls
• Manage deals start to finish, keep your CRM sharp
• Keep prospecting even after you're carrying quota - pipeline never stops

The ramp: 3 months of pure pipeline-building (no quota) before you ramp up to full quota by month 7–8. We set you up to actually hit the number, not sink or swim on day one.

The pay: Base: $60K–$80K Commission: competitive, with an accelerator once you exceed quota OTE at full ramp: uncapped, well into six figures
