Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC seeks a Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage the complete accounting cycle for a diverse portfolio of clients in the Indianapolis area. You will own ledgers, AP/AR, payroll, and bank reconciliations while preparing monthly financial statements and supporting year-end close.

Proficiency with QuickBooks and other accounting software is required, with autonomy and direct client interaction in a stable, long-term role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-charge bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Strong general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting skills.
• Experience managing multiple clients, entities, or business accounts simultaneously.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and other accounting software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts for multiple client accounts.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and assist with month-end and year-end close.
• Record journal entries and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Support tax preparation and collaborate with CPAs and client stakeholders.
