TruePath Solutions, LLC seeks a Contract Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage the complete financial function for a portfolio of clients. You will perform day-to-day bookkeeping through month-end close and financial reporting, with real operational insight for business owners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Full-cycle bookkeeping including AP, AR, payroll, multi-state tax filings, inventory, and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in cash and accrual accounting; advise clients on method choice.
• Strong GAAP knowledge; prepare accurate financial statements without supervision.
• Advanced QuickBooks Online proficiency.
• Experience managing multiple clients or business units simultaneously.
• Cash flow forecasting and budgeting experience.
• Ability to translate financial data into plain-language insights for clients.

Responsibilities

• Full charge bookkeeping for assigned clients, including AP, AR, payroll, multi-state tax filings, inventory, and reconciliations.
• Month-end and year-end close on cash and accrual basis, including journal entries and accruals.
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Manage cash flow, forecast, and provide budget vs. actual reporting.
• Develop KPIs and financial dashboards tailored to each client.
• Review internal controls and provide fraud prevention recommendations.
• Coordinate year-end tax with client CPAs.
• Communicate with clients; conduct monthly financial reviews.
• Identify operational and financial improvements and partner with leadership on solutions.
