Job summary

Panoramah America LLC is seeking an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper for our Coral Springs office in Florida. The role requires in-office attendance and entails handling all bookkeeping, accounting, and administrative tasks.

You will manage the general ledger, AP/AR, insurance and licenses, and collaborate with outside accountants for monthly reviews. Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and Excel is essential, and construction bookkeeping is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years full-charge bookkeeping experience.
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Construction bookkeeping desirable.
• Conversational Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the general ledger and chart of accounts.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and financial accounts.
• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports.
• Maintain complete documentation for financial transactions.
• Support tax preparation, and year-end closing.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of company and financial information.
