FLC Contracting, LLC is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to oversee finances using Viewpoint, including AP, AR and daily entries, with emphasis on accuracy and timely reporting. You will code invoices to jobs, manage subcontractor payments, lien documentation, and assist with audits, with strong Excel and construction software skills essential.

Qualifications

• Experience handling AP/AR and GL in construction environments.
• Proficient with Viewpoint and Sage construction software.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups.
• Ability to process weekly/monthly check runs and ACH payments.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and match to POs, contracts, and receiving reports.
• Code invoices to jobs, cost codes, phases, and GL accounts.
• Prepare weekly/monthly check runs and ACH payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and maintain organized AP files.
