Responsibilities include processing accounts payable, posting bills, preparing bank reconciliations, journal entries and month-end close, and supporting year-end tax preparations including 1099 filings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience in Excel and QuickBooks.
• 4+ years experience in Accounting or Bookkeeping role.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions and verify vendor bills.
• Post bills into the system, track expenses and process expense reports.
• Assist with check runs.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and prepare journal entries.
• Assist with month-end closings.
• Prepare analysis of accounts.
• Reconcile credit card accounts.
• Assist with year-end tax returns preparations including 1099 filings.
• Maintain vendor files; correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
