Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong computer skills.
• Accurate numerical data handling and attention to detail.
• Certified in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop ProAdvisor.
• Xero Online Certification within 3 months.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with bookkeeping and accounting services.
• Create and maintain vendor records and customer records.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Record bank transactions and download statements.
• Provide financial reports for clients.
• Compile year-end 1099 information.
• Respond to client questions about financial statements.
• Coordinate document collection for audits.
• Maintain accurate documentation (physical and digital).
